At Sakshi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Customized/personalized products are not eligible for return unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Damaged, defective or wrong products should be reported within 48 hours with clear photos/videos.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
